About Us
Spēs is a Latin word that means the personification of hope; to achieve and succeed. Here at SPĒS, we hope that our clients are able to maximize their lives, that they are able to achieve their goals, and that they’ll continue to be successful in all of their endeavors. And we celebrate them every step of the way.
SPĒS is a disability services agency that specializes in person centered planning, service management, system navigation, and advocacy. A majority of our services are focused around the Self Determination Program within an Independent Facilitator role, but we also provide assistance with Individual Program Planning (IPP), 4731 complaints, and Specialized Job Coordination.
The Self Determination Program is great option for individuals that would like to experience more flexibility, responsibility, and autonomy in choosing services.
