boutique disability services agency that specializes in person centered planning, service management, system navigation, and advocacy for all members of the neurodivergent community. As a family team, that is extremely passionate about assisting the neurodivergent community- we are equipped with a unique perspective on helping you obtain the supports and services that you require. We are committed to embracing, understanding, and celebrating you.
Too often, our clients come to us expressing how difficult the system is to navigate and how they feel that their efforts and time are wasted because they aren’t seeing any progress with their case. SPES is here to help you tackle the system and finally begin receiving supports and supports that either you or your loved one is entitled to.

Here at SPES, an independent facilitator (IF) is like your very own administrative assistant- always available to help you navigate any barriers, tackle any issues, and ensure that you are receiving the most services and supports that you can be. Whether you are just starting in your Self Determination Program journey or you need help getting started with Regional Center- our IF is ready to step in and assist you every step of the way! Simply put: we take on any and all administrative tasks so that you have the ability to spend time on the things you like or the people you love the most.
